Why Detail?

Detailing . . . It’s in the Details

Auto Detailing defined:  Auto detailing is the performance of an extremely thorough cleaning, polishing and waxing of an automobile, both inside and out, to produce a show-quality level of detail. Besides improving appearance, detailing helps to preserve resale value of a car.

Why Detailing Your Vehicle is Important

Auto detailing is a great way to get your vehicle back to that “almost” brand new feel.  Often people will provide regular maintenance for the engine, but neglect the exterior of their car. While detailing won’t prevent mechanical issues, it will improve resale value and keep your vehicle looking new for years to come.

Interior Detailing

Leather Protection — Living in the “Sunshine State” it’s important to protect the leather interior of your car from harmful UV rays, as well as normal wear and tear.  If not regularly treated, leather will often dry, crack and fade. We recommend a leather conditioning treatment every 30 days to keep your car interior soft and supple.

Carpet and Fabric Cleaning – Our state of the art equipment deep cleans your carpet and fabric ridding it of dirt, grime, spots and debris. Not only does your fabric and carpet look clean, it is clean.  This process also kills germs and bacteria, as well as eliminating bad odors.

Carpet and Fabric Protection – We will put a long lasting protective coating on your carpet and fabric that won’t alter the color or feel of the fabric, but will protect it from future spills and spots.

Exterior Detailing

Surface Paint Damage – Your car is exposed to a constant assault of red iron oxide specks caused by brake dust that is in the air. Other paint damage may be due to bug spatter, tree sap and bird droppings. If any of these materials are left on your car and baked in by the sun, permanent damage to your vehicles paint may occur.

Paint Scratch Removal – Our professionally trained technicians can remove most surface scratches, scuffs or swirl marks by using advanced polishing techniques. Scratches lead to a duller paint surface, which may lead to further surface damage.

Exterior Protection

Wax – In addition to your car looking better, regular waxing helps to protect the paint job by preserving oils in the paint that help prevent oxidation. Waxing helps prevent a dull paint finish,  as well as the daily wear and tear being exposed to the outdoor elements. Waxing is recommended every 3-6 months in order to be effective.

Paint Sealant – For those wanting the best and longest form of protection available for their vehicle. Paint sealant is a synthetic polymer, which actually bonds to the surface giving it the best protection and shine. Paint sealant should be re-applied every 6 months to a year.
